SimulcastLive ("the Service"), operated by ByteBunny LLC ("we", "us"), is a multi-destination live streaming relay platform. The Service receives a single RTMP stream from your encoder and relays it to multiple streaming platforms simultaneously.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use SimulcastLive to:
You are solely responsible for the content you stream through SimulcastLive. We do not monitor, moderate, or review your stream content. We comply with DMCA takedown requests and will terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may upgrade at any time — upgrades are prorated. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits (hours per month, session duration, destination count) as described on our pricing page.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Relay servers are provisioned on-demand and may occasionally experience delays. We are not liable for missed streams due to infrastructure issues, platform outages, or network conditions beyond our control.
Your platform stream keys are encrypted at rest and transmitted only to the platforms you configure. However, you are responsible for keeping your SimulcastLive account secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your passwords immediately and contact us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or generate excessive infrastructure costs disproportionate to their plan tier. We will attempt to notify you before termination except in cases of severe abuse.
SimulcastLive is provided "as is." ByteBunny LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue from failed streams, platform bans, or data loss.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
For questions about these terms, email support@simulcast.live.
