When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and preferred streaming region. When you add platform stream keys, they are encrypted with AES-256 and stored securely. We never log or expose your decrypted stream keys.
During streaming sessions, we collect telemetry data including bitrate, connection status, CPU/memory usage, and per-destination health metrics. This data is automatically deleted after 48 hours.
We use the following third-party services:
Your platform stream keys are sent to the respective streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) only during active relay sessions and are never shared with any other third party.
Platform stream keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All data in transit uses TLS/HTTPS. Relay servers are ephemeral — they are created for each session and destroyed when the stream ends, leaving no persistent data.
You can delete your platform stream keys at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@simulcast.live.
